Our controllers are easy to install and maintenance-free, often working for decades without requiring any service. They are designed to work seamlessly with many systems, including Weishaupt RMS, RL, M, and L burners, and are a perfect replacement for older controllers, such as the 887.XXX and 93W00XXX series.

Wiesloch Marine & Industries™ BV specialises in temperature controllers for ships and factories. Our controllers are commonly used for controlling temperatures in cargo spaces, economiser systems, boiler systems, in dump cooler systems, in oil-fired heater systems, and many more systems. They are especially effective with Weishaupt burners, such as RMS, RL, M, and L burners.

Our Wiesloch Marine & Industries™ temperature controllers are robust and designed to perform reliably in the harsh environments found on ships and in industrial settings. When replacing an old 887.XXX or 93W00XXX controller, there is no need to modify the panel mounting or the existing wiring. All our controllers are standardized at 96 x 96 mm and are plug-and-play. Simply match the old terminal numbers to the corresponding new terminal numbers using the manual provided. The manual clearly explains how the old terminal numbers correspond to the new ones.

Wiesloch Marine & Industries™ also offers replacements for most 92x92mm pressure controllers. These replacements are typically for controllers with an E, G, or I in their part number, such as 887.721E, 887.721G, or 93W0170E. These controllers are often used for minimum flow control, where the pressure controller opens and closes a valve to maintain the desired pressure.

Like our Wiesloch Marine & Industries™ temperature controllers, our pressure controllers are designed to be robust and durable, ensuring long life in harsh environments, such as in ship engine rooms or in industrial settings. They require little to no maintenance over time and are easy to instal.

Our controllers are compatible with a wide range of applications, including two-channel, three-point step controllers for precise viscosity and temperature control. These controllers are commonly used in systems where maintaining proper fuel or oil viscosity is critical, such as in marine engines or industrial equipment. Each channel has its own measurement input, display, and control parameters, ensuring accurate and independent regulation of viscosity and temperature.

Our viscosity controllers are built for durability, designed to withstand the challenging environments found in ship engine rooms and industrial facilities. Like all our products, they are easy to install, requiring no modifications to the panel cutout (standard 96 x 96 mm) or existing wiring.
